Are PinDo patterns free?
The original starter charts are free to make, remix, and share. Check the permission statement on each pattern. A free digital chart does not include physical beads or finishing materials.
Which beads do the charts use?
The starter catalog uses Perler 5 mm beads and a ten-color palette. Color keys include pack codes. Screen colors are approximate; other brands and sizes need their own material checks. PinDo is independent of Perler.
Do my projects sync between devices?
Studio charts, inventory, and making progress stay locally in your browser and site address. Export a library backup to move saved work. Online creator submissions are a separate invitation-controlled service.
Have the starter patterns been physically tested?
Physical testing of the original starter charts is pending. Making checks inspect grid connections, but cannot prove a finished piece’s strength, fusing quality, or accessory suitability.
Can I sell a pattern made from someone else’s picture?
Image conversion does not grant permission to use or sell the source artwork. Record source credit and permission evidence for adapted artwork, and confirm that your intended use is covered.
How do I ask for help?
Use Contact us for a private support request. Keep passwords, card details, identity documents, and private source files out of the form and assistant. For any future purchase, checkout will show the seller’s price and applicable delivery terms before payment.
