Your projects and your privacy.

Your local making library

Saved Studio designs, bead inventory, placement progress, notes, and creator preparation stay in your browser and origin. Exported library files can include private permission notes. Store them privately. Clearing browser storage removes your local copy.

Creator space

Google sign-in and the creator space use Firebase. Only an explicit submission action uploads your chosen creator pack for the invited review workflow. Source images and other local drafts are not automatically uploaded. Shared-submission access is limited to assigned accounts.

Support requests

The contact form asks for your name, email, topic, and message so PinDo can respond. A successful submission stores the request in a private support queue. Do not include payment details or credentials. Use a new request to ask about access, correction, or deletion of a previous support message.

Optional analytics

You can allow or decline optional analytics and change the choice from the footer. When enabled, Google Analytics and PostHog receive a limited set of page and product interactions. Maker designs, inventory, form messages, and assistant questions are excluded from analytics events. Query strings and private chart identifiers are removed from page addresses sent to analytics. Session recording and automatic form capture are disabled.

The maker assistant

Questions sent to the assistant can be processed by the configured AI provider through Vercel AI Gateway. Responses may be inaccurate. Avoid sharing private order information or sensitive personal data. Chat text is not included in the product analytics events. Use the contact form for support that requires a person.

Purchases

When a Shopify store is connected, Shopify processes its checkout. Review the checkout privacy information before entering payment or delivery details. PinDo’s chat does not collect card numbers or complete payment on your behalf.

For provider details, read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and PostHog’s data collection documentation. You can change your analytics choice from the footer at any time.
