The current digital catalog
PinDo’s original starter catalog consists of free digital charts. No physical materials are shipped with a chart, PNG, CSV, or pattern-file export. Supplies and accessories must be obtained separately.
Before ordering a physical product
The seller must provide the item contents, actual availability, supported destinations, delivery costs, and estimated timing before checkout. These terms depend on the connected store and product. PinDo does not currently publish a universal delivery promise.
Returns and order questions
For a connected-store purchase, review the product and checkout return policy before paying. Use Contact us for a question; provide an order reference only when requested through a private support channel. Do not send card details through chat or the contact form.
